Service Agreement

In order to provide continued comfort year-round, your heating and cooling investment must perform to its top efficiency. Under our Service Agreement Plan, we can head off potential problems. We will inform you of any safety issues, reduce wear and tear, and help keep your system in top condition. As a Preferred Customer, in the unlikely event that you experience a breakdown, you will receive a discounted diagnostic fee of $65.00 compared to the non-Service Agreement diagnostic fee of $85.00 during normal business hours. In addition, as a Preferred Customer, you will receive a 15% discount on repair service.

Terms & Conditions

Although our Service Agreement Program makes break downs less likely, it is comforting to know that you have top priority in any emergency.

As a Service Agreement Customer, you get PREFERRED CUSTOMER TREATMENT on service calls.

Green Heating & Cooling, Inc. will perform its duties of this agreement with professional skill and diligence, but accepts no responsibility for any condition resulting from equipment failure.

  • This agreement does not become effective until paid in full.
  • Different circumstances may apply when a home warranty company is involved.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Preferred Customer Treatment: We will schedule any emergency call within 36 hours.
  • Transferable at the same address only, at no additional charge.
  • Green Heating & Cooling, Inc. reserves the right to reject any agreement.
  • Upon inspection, if equipment is found to be beyond maintenance condition, Green Heating & Cooling, Inc. will have to bring the equipment up to maintenance condition. Such repairs will have to be made before a Service Agreement can be initiated. These repairs will be an additional charge.
  • Service Agreement prices do not include freon or specialty filters.
  • Emergency after hour diagnostic fee does apply.
  • Replacement equipment does not qualify for the 15% discount.
  • This is not an insurance policy.
