On time. Late but I was called. Late and didn’t call.
In a helpful way. Didn't really explain much. Was rude or mumbled something.
Repair only option. An “upgrade” option. A “replacement” option. A Maintenance Agreement. Nothing was offered - an invoice and that was it.
In detail. No explanation was needed. Questions I had were not answered well.
It works great. It works, but a mess was left. The service problem was NOT fixed.
Just great. About average. Lacking in professionalism. So poor I’m considering changing companies.
